At Secret Basement Gelato, we take great pride in the quality of our gelato and products. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of our products, all gelato and food items are perishable and non-refundable once delivered or collected. We are unable to accept returns on any food products.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order at tummylicious2025@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request

We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

3. Catering & Events

For catering bookings, cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation will have already commenced.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before preparation has begun may be eligible for a full refund. Once an order has entered preparation, cancellations will not be accepted.
