Refund policy

1. Perishable Goods

Because our artisanal gelato is a perishable product, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect flavor, compromised quality upon delivery), please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order.

2. Order Cancellations

Standard pickup or local delivery orders can be canceled for a full refund if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled fulfillment time. Orders canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.

3. Catering & Events

For catering and private events, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is fully refundable if the event is canceled at least 14 days prior. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the entire payment, as custom batches and staffing have already been allocated.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
