Shipping policy

1. Islandwide Delivery

We proudly offer islandwide delivery across Singapore. All gelato orders are packed using insulated thermal packaging to maintain optimal temperature and product quality during transit.

Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on location, order size, and delivery requirements.

2. Delivery Schedule

As each order is freshly made after it is placed, we currently dispatch deliveries twice a week on Thursdays and Fridays to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

If you require delivery on a different day, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to production and delivery availability.

As our products are temperature-sensitive, please ensure someone is available to receive the order upon delivery, as product quality may be affected if left unattended for an extended period.

3. Party Packs & Catering Orders

Party packs, catering orders, and large-volume purchases require a minimum lead time of 7 days to ensure proper production planning, staffing, and preparation.

For catering and event bookings, our team will arrive approximately 45–60 minutes before the scheduled service time to complete setup and preparation.

Delivery, setup, manpower, and operational fees for events are determined based on venue location, event size, and service requirements.

4. Special Area Surcharge

Additional delivery surcharges may apply for selected locations requiring extended travel time, ERP charges, special access clearance, or higher operational costs.

A surcharge of up to SGD $10 may apply for deliveries to:

  • Sentosa & Sentosa Cove
  • Airport & restricted-access areas
  • CBD event venues with limited parking access

A surcharge of up to SGD $25 may apply for deliveries to:

  • Tuas & Tuas South
  • Other special-access locations

Please note that we currently do not deliver to Jurong Island.

Applicable surcharges will be communicated before order confirmation where necessary.

5. Product Freshness & Storage

Our gelato is handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients to ensure the best possible freshness, texture, and flavour. Upon delivery, products should be transferred immediately into a freezer.

For the best experience, we recommend consuming the gelato within the advised storage period.

6. Delivery Limitations

While we strive to accommodate most delivery locations across Singapore, certain high-security or restricted-access areas may require special arrangements or may not be serviceable.
