Our Rum & Raisin Gelato takes a deeper, more indulgent approach to a timeless classic. Instead of simply folding raisins into the mix, we slowly grind plump raisins directly into rich dark rum and allow the mixture to soak for several days, creating an intensely aromatic infusion packed with deep caramelised fruit notes and warm rum complexity. The result is a luxuriously smooth gelato with bold flavour in every bite - rich, comforting, and unmistakably sophisticated.
