Anything but plain. We fundamentally reject the idea that vanilla is 'plain'. By painstakingly hand-scraping plump Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans, we infuse our gelato with thousands of tiny vanilla bean specks, creating a floral, woody, and profoundly rich classic that is incredibly smooth and stands entirely on its own.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Once opened, consume within 5 days for best quality. Do not refreeze once thawed.
